horrible day

6.45am this morning, I woke with a terrible shock..
the Holy nightmare makes me almost vomit out when i wake up..
Horrible Dream makes me headache, whole shivers & my heart
pumps extra fast as usual.. this dream was like the one happens
in few years back [the one with prayer], but I've no idea why this
strong dream could happen when I'm not having any problems.
It's like the dream is warning or telling me something which might
happen? I stood for an hour shivering, Hoping by drinking water
could cool myself down, but it doesn't work.
Instead i feel more like vomitting.. Feeling freaking unwell.
after awhile i put myself to have afew hours of sleep,
it really helps alot, alot better..

Really HORRIBLE~

Afternoon went Yi Dong Hotel, had Buffet lunch..
Had alot of delicious food.. Desserts too..
after filling up our stomach, send off auntie & his son..
went home straight rest.. Dinner outside again later.
